Our clinic is at 8165 S. Mingo Rd, Suite 200, Tulsa, OK 74133, on South Mingo Road near 81st Street. That puts us on the south east side of Tulsa, within easy reach of the Creek Turnpike and Highway 169, which is why patients travel to us from across the metro rather than only from the immediate neighbourhood.
